Incubit Inc. (Incubit) Named Among Visionary Management 2021
Incubit has been selected and listed as a target company for “Visionary Management 2021,” a government project that aims to expand the employment of high-level foreign IT professionals.
In 2016, Incubit started hiring foreign employees in order to recruit more talented engineers. We have been proactively providing the necessary support for living in Japan and developing an overseas remote work environment, and now more than 60% of our employees are non-Japanese. In recognition of these efforts, we have been selected as a “Visionary Management 2021” company.

Visionary Management 2021 is a public project promoted by the Cabinet Secretariat’s Cyber Security Center.
